Source code of the FFmpeg libraries in Reelm
FFmpeg n8.1.2, as packaged by FFmpegInteropX 8.1.2 (Desktop, x64), and GNU libiconv 1.16.
What these files are
Reelm plays media through the FFmpeg libraries. It ships, unmodified, the FFmpeg DLLs of the NuGet package
FFmpegInteropX.Desktop.FFmpeg 8.1.2 (x64): avcodec-62.dll, avformat-62.dll,
avutil-60.dll, avfilter-11.dll, avdevice-62.dll, swresample-6.dll
and swscale-9.dll. GNU libiconv is linked statically into those DLLs.
This page publishes the complete corresponding source code of those libraries, together with the scripts and the exact configuration used to build them, so that you can study, modify and rebuild them.
- FFmpeg is licensed under the GNU Lesser General Public License, version 2.1 or later
(configured with
--disable-gpl --disable-version3, no non-free components). - GNU libiconv is licensed under the GNU Library General Public License, version 2.0 or later.
- The FFmpegInteropX build scripts included in the FFmpeg archive are licensed under the Apache License 2.0.
The FFmpeg archive contains the FFmpeg source tree, the build scripts, the configure command line embedded in the
DLLs (configure.txt) and a README-PROVENANCE.txt that explains how the build was identified and lists the
commit of every library linked into the DLLs. No patch is applied to FFmpeg.

The other libraries linked into the DLLs (OpenSSL 3.0.5, dav1d 1.0.0, libxml2 2.9.10, liblzma 5.2.4, zlib 1.2.11,
bzip2 1.0.6) are under permissive licenses; their commits are listed in README-PROVENANCE.txt.
