These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website reelm.rvsg.net (the "Website"), operated by Revolt.Inc ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Website.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, or otherwise using the Website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by any documents expressly incorporated by reference. If you are using the Website on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
2. The Website
The Website is an informational site that presents the Reelm desktop application for Windows, provides documentation, support resources, legal documents, and links from which the application may be obtained. The Website itself does not provide, host, stream, or distribute any media content.
3. Permitted Use of the Website
You may access and use the Website for lawful, personal, and informational purposes in accordance with these Terms. You agree to use the Website only in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use of the Website. In particular, you agree not to:
- Use the Website for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Website, its servers, or any systems or networks connected to it.
- Interfere with, disrupt, overburden, or impair the operation of the Website, or attempt to do so.
- Introduce malware, viruses, or other harmful code, or use any automated means to scrape, harvest, or extract data in a manner that places an unreasonable load on the Website.
- Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices displayed on the Website.
4. The Reelm Desktop Application Is Licensed Separately
The Reelm desktop application is not governed by these Terms. Your installation and use of the application are licensed separately under the End User License Agreement, available at /legal/eula. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the EULA with respect to the application, the EULA prevails as to the application.
5. Intellectual Property
The Website, including its text, design, layout, graphics, logos, and the Reelm name and brand, is the intellectual property of Revolt.Inc and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws and international treaties. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved. The Reelm name and logo are trademarks of Revolt.Inc, and you may not use them without our prior written permission. Other trademarks and trade names referenced on the Website are the property of their respective owners.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Website will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected. Nothing in this Section affects any mandatory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable law, including the Italian Consumer Code (D.Lgs. 206/2005) and applicable EU consumer-protection law, which remain fully in force.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Revolt.Inc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Website. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, for wilful misconduct (dolo) or gross negligence (colpa grave), or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Where any limitation is not permitted by the law applicable to you, it applies only to the maximum extent permitted by that law.

The Website may contain links to third-party websites or resources, including the Microsoft Store and The Movie Database (TMDB). Such links are provided for your convenience only. We do not control and are not responsible for the availability, content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party site or resource, and the inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement. Your access to and use of any third-party site is at your own risk and subject to that site's own terms and policies.
